What does the book icon with the error number 9 and 10 mean on the KA 65?
The error numbers displayed on the KA 65 are due to a fan error in your machine. The number 9 is the fan in the base and the number 10 means the error is located near the glue nozzle.
Try pushing the relevant fan around with a small straight object (straightened paperclip) and/or blowing compressed air through it - this may be enough to clear any debris (e.g. glue strings) slowing or stopping the fan.
