What other painters think about Festool sanders

So smooth & quiet I cant believe how smooth this machine is and no vibration. It is definitely a step up from a normal 150mm sander. Very impressed and would highly recommend for anyone doing a lot of sanding

Woodie about the ETS EC 150

The perfect product I have been painting for 8 years and this year I have found out about this brand. I have been using the slow palm, heavy vibrating sanders for years that take hours to sand. After my first use I have never loved sanding more. Sanding is the worst part of us painters, day in day out cause of the slow process, noisy and heavy vibration from other Sanders. This made my jobs 100 times easier, faster and heaps better sanding quality. After using the ets ec 150/5 eq I will never go back to my old sanders. And also I have decided to try out the festool sanding blocks. They last for very long and the sanding quality is close to perfect.

Jasko about the ETS EC 150

Pinnacle of excellence Last one lasted 16 years, another 16 from this one. Great product backed by good warranty, new dust extraction on pad works a treat, there isn’t a better quality product in existence.

Shane about the ETS 150

Seriously, the best professional tool you can get I have been using the Festool RO 150 for several years now, and have found it to be completely reliable and flexible. The two settings for a harder cut, or for a normal orbital cut mean that any sanding task is quickly dealt with. Changing between modes is a simple switch, speed variation is with a roller. Changing sand paper is switching over a velcro sheet, can't get easier than that. If you will be using an orbital sander on a regular basis, this is the one to get. Seriously. Fantastic workhorse. A bit expensive for the handy man, but a good investment for the tradesman

efrog about the RO 150

It's amazing to all kind of preparations The ets 150 is the right choice to achieve high level finish. In past 15 years as painter I used other brand sander but no one gave me the same quality.

If you sand the same material, then you can use the same dust extractor for all sanders. Quick note, we strongly suggest to use a dust extractor with AutoClean function for plaster dust. For more information on our selection of dust extractors and how to stay dust-safe visit our dust hub or download our brochure.

Festool offer 3 years warranty for all sanders and dust extractor (must be registered) except the CT26/48 H class dust extractors.

Good question! Download the Sander Selector. It's the first of it's and nicely classifies all sanders based on for instance weight or application. Or use our filter selection and find the perfect sander for you.
