My Festool needs to be serviced. It's under warranty, how do I get a lend tool whilst mine is being repaired?

We do not offer a lend tools for use when a tool is being serviced.
In some states, you can take a tool direct to a Authorised repair agent and in others you can send us the tool direct via festool.com.au and Auspost: Parcel Post Return or take the tool to retailer drop off location.
