We will assess the machine and repair the fault it was sent in for. It is therefor very important to describe (all) faults as detailed as possible, If the technician doesn’t know what he is looking for he might not be able to find the fault(s) if there are multiple or if the problem doesn’t present while testing it in our workshop.
We will clean the tool out which includes blowing out of internal dust and cleaning the outside as much as can be reasonably expected. For warranty repairs we will check over the machine and complete preventative replacement of wear and tear Items if required.
To complete the repair we complete an in-Service safety Inspection and testing according to AS/NZS 5762:2011
