Why are there serial numbers on my FSK Rail? Do I need to register it?
The FSK rails are a safety-relevant piece of equipment. The quality department in Germany where this equipment is made, requested to have the serial number on the items as a precaution to enable tracing the items during the production process in the event of any quality concerns.
FSK rails do not have to be registered at POS.
