What is the Festool repair process?

In the rare event that your tool needs to be serviced just jump online and book in your tool via your myfestool account. Festool SERVICE

You will have the option of choosing your nearest Festool dealer or alternatively we can send you Australia Post labels. (Please check max dimensions for Australia post)

If the repair is covered under warranty all costs of transport and repair will be covered by us.
If the repair is a chargeable repair a $33 processing fee payable at the checkout stage of the booking process is required. These $33 are non-refundable. In case you decide to not go ahead with the repair once assessed we will return your tool back to you unrepaired. Please note tool might be disassembled.
