My tool is registered for warranty, do I still need to apply for the redemption?

Yes, even though the tool is registered, you still need to apply for the redemption item. You can apply online at: www.festool.com.au/redemption. You will need to locate the SNR and TNR numbers of the tool. You also need a scanned copy of your receipt/tax invoice from the dealer where you purchased your tool.
