How to Fix a DF 700 when the cutter is jammed

When fitting cutters to the DF 700 it is very important that the operator does not over tighten the cutter. When the DOMINO DF 700 is in use, the cutter will naturally tighten to the shaft so the cutter only needs to be 'nipped' up when first fitted.

An over tightened cutter can be difficult to remove when clearing a jam stressing and possibly damaging the spindle lock mechanism.

If a cutter is difficult to remove because it is overtight it is important that an additional 10mm spanner is used to hold the spindle. Holding the spindle with a 10mm spanner while using a second spanner to loosen the cutter will reduce stress to the spindle lock mechanism.
