Can the DTS 400 be used for round over and small profile sanding?
Interface pads cannot be added to the DTS 400 for round-over and small profile sanding.
As Festool recommends the use of interface pads for round over and profile sanding the DTS 400 therefore is not recommended for this type of application.
RTS and ETS sanders have both have interface pads available which make them a better choice for round-over and profile sanding.
