No, a non Festool bluetooth tool cannot be paired to the Festool Dust Extractor. If wanting to use other tools with a Festool Dust Extractor we recommend using the Bluetooth remote (#202098).
The CT26, 36 and 48 will require Bluetooth module and remote control 202097, the CT Mini and Midi will just require a remote control 202098 as Bluetooth come standard with these Dust Extractors.
