How do I claim my redemption?

Visit our redemption page and select the correct redemption.*

To redeem, get your tool details incl. the tool number (TNR) and serial number (SNR) and a copy of the invoice.
The TNR/SNR numbers are on the information plate on the tool. Once the claim is submitted, you get a confirmation email within 2 days.
If you do not recive a confrmation within two days
please get in touch with us.
Once the confirmation email is received, we will dispatch the item within 30 days.
Ensure your tool is registered for 3 Year Comprehensive Warranty.
