A red-coded Festool Laminate saw blade sized 168mm × 1.8mm × 20mm bore with 52 teeth — the dimension that fits the TS 60 K and TSV 60 K plunge-cut track saws and the CSC SYS 50 cordless table saw, the three current Festool saws built around the 168mm × 20mm format. The fine-grain carbide teeth and TF/W2FA tooth geometry deliver the clean, chip-free cut high-pressure laminates demand.
Use this blade for laminate/HPL cutting on the 168mm-bore saws: coated panel work for cabinet and fit-out, Trespa® and similar high-pressure laminates for architectural cladding and signage, acrylic glass cutting for signage and shopfitting, mineral materials, and the engineered-surface materials where the visible face of the cut is the finished face.
Like all standard Festool blades, this blade can be resharpened up to six times, extending blade life. The cutting angle and tooth shape are adapted to laminate work and to the 168mm × 20mm format.
A genuine Festool blade, ground and balanced to the original specification of the TS 60 K, TSV 60 K and CSC SYS 50. For full saw and material compatibility, the Which Saw Blade? guide is available in the Saw Advice Hub, accessible from the Saws section on festool.com.au.
Product Details
Perfect cutting quality:
The teeth shapes of the saw blades, which are optimally adapted to the machine, enable a high cutting performance and quality – for efficient work.
+
Achieve ideal results more quickly:
The reduced cutting width of the saw blade geometry allows users to work faster and for longer. The saw teeth made of high-quality carbide result in a considerably longer service life, while maintaining a consistent cutting quality.
+
Systems get it done:
Low wear and long service life thanks to optimally coordinated system components: Perfect interaction of saw blades with the Festool TS 60 K plunge-cut saw.
