A blue-coded Festool Aluminium saw blade sized 168mm × 1.8mm × 20mm bore with 52 teeth — the dimension that fits the TS 60 K and TSV 60 K plunge-cut track saws and the CSC SYS 50 cordless table saw, the three current Festool saws built around the 168mm × 20mm format. The Triple Chip Grind tooth geometry and laser-cut, thermally adjusted blade core deliver the clean, heat-stable cut aluminium and composite materials demand on the finished face. Use this blade for cutting aluminium composite panels for signage and architectural fabrication, non-ferrous metals such as copper and brass, twin-wall sheeting, phenolic-resin-bonded fibres and fabrics, PVC and acrylic glass. The trapezoidal tooth profile relieves the cross-cut teeth, ensuring smooth running and a long service life through the cut. Like all standard Festool blades, this blade can be resharpened up to six times, extending blade life and reducing cost-per-cut. The steel body and fine-grain carbide teeth hold the precision tolerances aluminium and composite work demands.
