A 225mm Festool Universal saw blade for general-purpose cutting in wood, wood-based panels and soft plastics. With a 30mm bore, 2.6mm kerf and 32 teeth in the yellow-coded Wood family, this blade is sized for use on the CS 70 table saw — a model no longer in the current Australian range, but still supported with genuine replacement blades for the many CS 70 saws still earning their keep in workshops around the country. Use this blade for the materials it was engineered for: solid wood cross sections, plywood, multiplex and multi-layered timber, MDF (medium-density fibreboard), HDF (high-density fibreboard), untreated chipboard, soft plastic and soft PVC. The 32-tooth count and W Top Bevel tooth geometry are tuned for confident feed rates with a clean, balanced cut — the everyday default blade for a CS 70 owner doing breakdown and dimensional cutting in the workshop. Like all standard and fine-tooth Festool blades, this blade can be resharpened up to six times, significantly extending blade life and reducing cost-per-cut. The high-quality steel body and fine-grain carbide teeth keep the blade running true through the volume of cuts a working table saw goes through.
