Festool Shipping Info
- For your convenience, we offer free delivery for all orders over $249
- Orders below $249 will incur a delivery fee of $12.50
- Australia Post is our preferred carrier but depending on the size of the goods and your location, we may use our other carriers
- We will ship each order to one nominated Shipping Address only
- All orders will be processed once money is received
- All orders will be processed on the next business day
Festool Delivery Info
- Shipping advices will be emailed through to you with your unique connote number (tracking ID) which you can use to track your order online at Auspost or TNT Express.
- All orders must be signed upon delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card and make the consignment available for collection from a nearby Australia Post outlet. Our other carriers may leave a card for you to call them to setup a new delivery time.
- We do not deliver outside Australia.
- We do not accept any liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
