A 125mm polishing backing pad for the Festool RO 125 Rotex sander — the smaller diameter pad for fitting polishing accessories such as felts, sponges and sheepskin pads to the sander when it is being used in polishing mode rather than sanding mode. Use this pad when converting the RO 125 from a sander into a polisher: applying polishes and waxes to vehicle paintwork, refinishing furniture surfaces, polishing benchtops and other finished surfaces. The polishing pad provides the soft, flexible interface that holds polishing felts and sponges securely without rigid backing pressure that would mark or burn the finish being polished.
