ENTER YOUR DETAILS

On the REPAIR REQUEST FORM enter all your details as well as the details of the tool that needs repairs. You can book in just one tool or more if required.

Once all details are entered, submit the form!

RETURN LABELS

Your form will come to our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.
They will send postage labels to you for the return of your tool.

POST YOUR TOOL

Attach the labels to your parcelled up tool and drop it off at your earliest convenience to any Australia post outlet.
