Redemption Offers

  1. Select the correct redemption. If you cannot find your tools, it may be a Bonus item, which is handed over at the store
  2. To redeem, get your tool details incl. the tool number (TNR) and serial number (SNR) and a copy of the invoice. The TNR/SNR are on the sticker on the tool
  3. Once the claim is submitted, you get a confirmation email within 2 days. Get in touch if you don't receive one
  4. Once the confirmation email is received, we dispatch the item within 30 days.
  5. Ensure your tool is registered for 3 Year Comprehensive Warranty. Please visit https://www.festool.com.au/warranty/tools/list/ to register your tool or check your tool is registered.

Any claims for products purchased before or after promotional period will be rejected. Claims received after 30 days will be rejected. Claims submitted that don’t match the product numbers listed below will be rejected.

Only customers can claim redemption item. No redemption item will be sent to dealers.

If warranty registration isn’t received within 30 days your redemption will be rejected.
