Our Distribution

In order for the end-user to get the best out of the product they purchase, getting the full picture of the benefits offered by the product is as important as selecting the right product for the job.

It is only when the customer fully understands what options are available for the job on hand  a qualified purchasing decision can be made.

In the absence of such knowledge, the price becomes the main influencer when making purchasing decisions.

Euro Tooltechnic is committed to working only through distribution channels and distribution systems, which are committed and able to provide the end user with an excellent experience when it comes to selecting the right tool or accessory.

Working with a selective network of distribution partners, which are well trained, offering the customer a choice by stocking a wide range and, are always well-stocked to meet customers' needs quickly and efficiently, differentiates us from the majority of our competitors.

Euro Tooltechnic aims to increase the market share of its brands by providing excellence in End User Brand experience.

It is our aim, to established the best distribution system for power tools in Australia when it comes to Customer Satisfaction. For our Festool brand, the aim is to create the best distribution system world-wide.

Our Culture

In order to achieve our targets in the competitive Australian Market, we are promoting a culture that is best summarized by the concept of "Getting a bit better every day".

To achieve our ambitious objectives in regards to providing customers with excellence in end user brand experience, we work towards a customer-centric culture throughout the entire organization.

The Euro Tooltechnic system of 11 Personal Traits is a living system, not just created for glossy brochures and nice About Us - sections on web sites, but a system that is promoted in daily work, giving all team members orientation about what is expected from them, but also what they can expect from others.

This system is used internally, and also provides us with guidelines in regards to our relationships with suppliers as well as distribution partners and customers. At Euro Tooltechnic we are lucky and proud of the fact, that we have large number of staff that have been working for the company for 5, 10 or even more years; we have also been offering students the opportunity to work for us, helping them to gain valuable professional experiences, and at the same time exposing the company to new ideas and ways of doing things.

We have a policy to “promote from within” as we believe that the right attitude and culture is often more important than technical experience.

Since the year 2000, over 40 students have been working at Euro Tooltechnic for at least 6 months at a time.

This mix of established staff members and young people have created a special culture, of which we are very proud.

Blair is responsible for Sales and Marketing, while Holger manages Operations as well as New Business Opportunities.

Holger has been working for Festool for over 15 years in various roles in National and International sales, including working as VP Global Sales for 3 years, and Blair has been successfully running a number of his own businesses in New Zealand before moving to Australia.

However, the most important awards we have received are from our customers, by buying and recommending our products for many years, and who have helped us to develop our business further over the last 15 years.
