Laminate Saw Blade 254mm x2.4mm x 30mm 80 Tooth
Functions
Available in September. Quality cuts better.
A 254mm Festool Laminate saw blade for cutting coated and laminate-faced panels — the everyday work of cabinet making, kitchen building and architectural fit-out. With a 30mm bore, 2.4mm kerf and 80 teeth in the red-coded Laminate family, this blade is sized for use on the TKS 80 table saw. Use this blade for the materials it was engineered for: coated panels, laminate panels, melamine resin boards (raw and pre-laminated), high-pressure laminate (HPL), phenolic resin bonded fibres and fabrics, and mineral-faced composite panels. The 80-tooth count and TF / W2FA tooth geometry shear the laminate face cleanly without chipping the surface, leaving a finish-ready edge that needs minimal — often no — secondary cleanup before banding or assembly. Like all standard and fine-tooth Festool blades, this blade can be resharpened up to six times, significantly extending blade life and reducing cost-per-cut. The fine-grain carbide teeth and high-quality steel body are engineered to hold accuracy through the volume of cuts a working cabinet or kitchen shop puts through a table saw — chipping resistance, edge retention, and a body that runs true cut after cut. A genuine Festool blade, ground and balanced to the original specification of the TKS 80. For full saw and material compatibility, the Which Saw Blade? guide is available in the Saw Advice Hub, accessible from the Saws section on festool.com.au.
