A red-coded Festool Laminate saw blade sized 160mm × 1.8mm × 20mm bore with 52 teeth — the dimension that fits the TSC 55 K cordless plunge saw, TS 55 F plunge saw and HKC 55 cordless circular saw, the three current Festool saws built around the 160mm × 20mm × 1.8mm format. The fine-grain carbide teeth and TF/W2FA tooth geometry deliver the clean, chip-free cut high-pressure laminates demand on the visible face.
Use this blade for laminate flooring and panel cutting in fit-out and kitchen install work on the 55-series saws, Trespa® and HPL panel cutting for architectural cladding and signage, phenolic-resin-bonded materials, and the engineered surface materials where chip-out on the show face is a panel write-off.
Like all standard Festool blades, this blade can be resharpened up to six times, extending blade life and reducing cost-per-cut. The cutting angle and tooth shape are adapted to laminate work and to the 160mm × 1.8mm × 20mm format.
A genuine Festool blade, ground and balanced to the original specification of the TSC 55 K, TS 55 F and HKC 55. For full saw and material compatibility, the Which Saw Blade? guide is available in the Saw Advice Hub, accessible from the Saws section on festool.com.au.
