Warranty Registration
Festool Australia
Register your Festool tools
Register as many tools as you like in one go. You’ll need the T-Nr and S-Nr from the nameplate on each tool, and the date you bought it. Please ensure you retain a copy of your tax invoice for any future warranty claims.
Before you start
- Where do I find the T-Nr and S-Nr?
- Both are printed on the silver nameplate on the body of the tool — see the diagram below. Enter numbers only; letters and symbols aren’t part of either number.
- I bought several tools at once.
- Use Add another tool and register them all in a single submission. You only need to enter your details once.
- Do i need a copy of my tax invoice?
- Not to register; however it will be needed for any warranty claims so please retain a copy.
- I can’t find my dealer in the list.
- Try the suburb or postcode instead of the business name. If they’re still not there, choose the closest Festool dealer and mention it in a note to us afterwards.
- Do I need an account?
- No. If you’re signed in we’ll fill in what we already know, but you can register without an account.
