Redemption Claim

    Buy a qualifying tool between 1 October and 31 December 2026, register it for the SERVICE all-inclusive warranty, then redeem your offer here.

    STEP 1

    Register your tool

    Your tool must be registered before you claim. Dealers and Website Orders normally do this for you, check your email for an email called Warranty Confirmation. If you do not have it, Register it here — it takes about two minutes, and you can come straight back.

    STEP 2

    Choose your bonus

    Find your tool in the offers below and press Redeem this offer. If your tool isn't listed it may be a Bonus item, handed over at the store.

    STEP 3

    Send us the details

    You'll need the T-Nr and S-Nr from the sticker on your tool, and a copy of your invoice.

    We'll be in touch

    Please allow up to 6 weeks for approval and delivery. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.

    The T-Nr and S-Nr are both printed on the silver sticker on your machine. The T-Nr is 6 or 8 digits; the S-Nr is 8 digits.

    Your invoice

    A photo or PDF of your receipt. It must show the purchase date and the tool you bought. Max 10 MB — PDF, JPG, PNG or HEIC.

    • The purchase must fall inside the promotion period shown against the offer.
    • A copy of your invoice is required, showing the purchase date and the qualifying tool.
    • Please allow up to 6 weeks for approval and delivery.
