Festool Rewards
Festool Rewards is our customer reward program for Australian tradies and Festool owners. When you register an eligible Festool tool at festool.com.au, we email you a Festool Rewards voucher — a credit that can be redeemed against any future Festool purchase, online or in-store at any participating dealer across Australia.
Vouchers are how we say thanks for choosing Festool. They're also how we make the long-term cost of building out a Festool kit more accessible — a $200 voucher applied to your next CT extractor or sander is real money off the price of growing your system.

Where can I use my Festool Rewards voucher?
Festool Rewards vouchers can be redeemed at festool.com.au and in person at any participating Festool dealer across Australia.
When will I receive my Festool Rewards voucher?
Your voucher is emailed to you 24hrs after you register your eligible Festool tool. If you haven't received your voucher at this time after registration, check your spam folder first, then contact us so we can resend it.
How long are Festool Rewards vouchers valid for?
Festool Rewards vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. The expiry date is included on the voucher itself — make sure to redeem before that date as expired vouchers can't be reinstated.
How do I redeem my Festool Rewards voucher online?
At the checkout page where you enter your payment details, scroll to the bottom and click the "Use Festool Voucher" link. Enter your voucher code and press Apply. Your discount will be applied to the order total before payment.
If your order total after the voucher is applied falls below $250, freight charges may apply. Free freight on festool.com.au is calculated on the final order total after any voucher discount. To avoid freight charges, ensure your post-voucher order total is $250 or more.
How do I redeem my voucher at a Festool dealer?
Take your voucher to any participating Festool dealer in Australia. The dealer will process the redemption in-store — bring the email containing your voucher code, or a printed copy, when you visit.
Can I use more than one voucher on a single order?
It depends on where you're shopping. Online, the checkout accepts one Festool Rewards voucher per transaction. In-store at a Festool dealer, multiple vouchers can be combined on a single purchase. If you have several vouchers and want to use them together, visit a dealer in person.
Which payment methods work with Festool Rewards vouchers?
Vouchers work alongside PayPal, credit card, and Link payments online. Zip Pay is not currently compatible with Festool Rewards vouchers — if you'd like to use a voucher, please choose one of the other payment methods at checkout.
My voucher isn't being accepted at checkout. What should I do?
If your voucher code isn't working, please contact us so we can investigate. Common reasons include: the voucher has expired, you're using Zip Pay (which isn't compatible — try PayPal, credit card or Link instead), or there's already another voucher applied to your order. We'll help diagnose the issue and resolve it quickly.
Can I use my voucher on any Festool product?
Yes, Festool Rewards vouchers can be used on any Festool-branded product available at festool.com.au or at participating Festool dealers. The product must be Festool-branded — vouchers can't be applied to non-Festool products that may be sold by some dealers.
What happens if I return a product I bought with a voucher?
Returns work two ways. If you bought a product using a voucher and return it, your voucher is reactivated during the refund process so you can use it again on a future order, subject to the original 90-day expiry. If you return the tool that earned a voucher, the voucher is voided as the reward no longer applies.
I'm a dealer helping a customer redeem a voucher. What do I do?
Festool dealers process voucher redemptions through the Dealer Portal. Log in at tooltechnic.miportal.io for full instructions on processing customer voucher redemptions. If you're a dealer who needs portal access or has forgotten your login, contact your Festool Australia account manager.
