A 216mm Festool Fine Tooth saw blade for clean, finish-grade cuts on the mitre saw — the blade you fit when the cut face is the visible face. With a 30mm bore, 2.3mm kerf and 60 teeth in the yellow-coded Wood family, this blade is sized for use on the KS 60 and KSC 60 mitre saws and the SYMC 70 symmetrical saw. Use this blade when finish quality matters: veneered panels, coated panels, parquet, solid wood cross cuts, blockboard, plywood, multiplex and multi-layered timber, MDF (medium-density fibreboard), HDF (high-density fibreboard), hard plastic, hard PVC and acrylic glass. The 60-tooth count and W Top Bevel tooth geometry sever the cut cleanly through the surface fibres on both faces of the workpiece, leaving an edge fine enough for visible mitre joints, architrave returns and show-face cross-cuts that go straight to assembly. Like all standard and fine-tooth Festool blades, this blade can be resharpened up to six times, significantly extending blade life and reducing cost-per-cut. The high-quality steel body and fine-grain carbide teeth are engineered to hold the precision tolerances finish work demands — a blade that runs true cut after cut, not a blade that drifts as it heats up.
