The perfect cut
A yellow-coded Festool Wood Fine Tooth saw blade sized 190mm × 2.8mm × 30mm bore with 48 teeth — fits a Festool saw at the 190mm × 30mm specification (the current CS 50 uses FastFix bore; this 30mm bore variant is supported for the saw it fits). The 48-tooth fine-cut geometry delivers clean, splinter-free cuts on the materials cabinet and finish trades work with every day. Use this blade for veneered panels, coated panels, parquet, solid wood cross-cuts, blockboard, plywood, multiplex, MDF and HDF. The fine-tooth count delivers the clean cut needed for cabinet construction, drawer-side dimensioning, mitre work and the visible-face cuts that go straight from saw to assembly. Like all standard and fine-tooth Festool blades, this blade can be resharpened up to six times, extending blade life. The fine-grain carbide teeth and steel body hold the precision tolerances finish work demands. A genuine Festool blade, ground and balanced to the original specification of the saw it fits. To confirm exact saw compatibility, the Which Saw Blade? guide is available in the Saw Advice Hub, accessible from the Saws section on festool.com.au.
