Festool Australia Promotion Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all redemption and promotional offers by Festool Australia. By participating in any Festool Australia redemption or promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility & Redemption Process
Eligibility:
Redemption offers are exclusively available to bona fide end-user consumers who purchase specified Festool products as new during the designated campaign period for their own use and not for resale. Dealers, resellers, commercial entities, and employees of Festool Australia, its distributors, and retailers are not eligible to claim redemption items. Festool Australia reserves the right to request further information to verify eligibility.
Redemption Period:
All redemption claims must be fully and correctly submitted by the customer at www.festool.com.au/redemption within 14 days (2 weeks) of the campaign's end date. Claims received after this period will be automatically rejected. The date of submission shall be the date the online form is fully completed and submitted, not the date of commencement of the form.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase, being an original tax invoice or receipt clearly showing the Festool product model number, purchase date, retailer's name and ABN, and purchase price, must be uploaded at the time of redemption. Handwritten receipts will not be accepted. Claims without valid proof of purchase will be automatically rejected. Festool Australia reserves the right to request the original proof of purchase for verification purposes.
Redemption Tool Waiting Period:
Please allow up to an 8-week waiting period from the date of your successful redemption request submission for the delivery of your redemption tool. This timeframe is an estimate only and may be subject to change due to stock availability, logistical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Festool Australia will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any significant delays, but accepts no liability for delays in delivery.
Product Returns:
If a product eligible for a promotional redemption is returned under the 30-Day Return Policy, the Redemption Item must also be returned in its original and unused condition and in its original packaging at the time of the primary product's return. If the Redemption Item is not returned in accordance with these conditions, the full retail value of the Redemption Item will be deducted from any refund issued for the returned product.
Promotional Stacking Policy
Festool Australia promotions are intended to provide value to our customers. To ensure fairness and prevent abuse of promotional offers, the following policy on combining promotions applies strictly:
No Stacking of Promotions:
You cannot combine multiple promotional offers on a single product or transaction. This includes, but is not limited to:
Special Priced Products: Products already offered at a special or discounted price are not eligible for further promotional benefits, such as earning a voucher or participating in a redemption offer.
Redemption Products: If a product is part of a redemption offer (meaning you receive a bonus tool or item upon purchase), it is not eligible for other promotions, such as earning a voucher.
Voucher Usage and Earning: You cannot earn a promotional voucher (e.g., a discount code or credit) on a purchase where you are simultaneously redeeming another promotional voucher. Each transaction is limited to the use or earning of one promotional benefit.
Bundle Deals: Products purchased as part of a pre-existing bundle or package deal may be excluded from further promotional benefits, as determined by Festool Australia.
Examples of "No Stacking" in Practice:
If you purchase a Festool product that is on a special promotion with a reduced price, you will not be eligible to also receive a redemption tool or earn a voucher on that same purchase.
If you buy a product that qualifies for a redemption tool, you cannot simultaneously use a voucher or earn a new voucher on that purchase.
If you are using a promotional voucher to make a purchase, you will not earn an additional voucher on that transaction.
General Conditions
Festool Australia reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion or these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. While Festool Australia will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any significant changes, it is not obligated to do so.
All redemption requests and promotional claims are subject to verification by Festool Australia, whose decision is final and binding.
Fraudulent or invalid claims will not be honored and will result in disqualification from future promotions. Festool Australia reserves the right to take further action, including legal action, against individuals or entities attempting to defraud the company.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Festool Australia shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind arising out of or in connection with any promotion or these Terms, including but not limited to indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
