L class extractors filter 99% of particles. That is enough for general nuisance dust: sawdust from softwood, soil, swarf and site clean-up.
It is not enough for most trade work. Hardwood, MDF, plaster, concrete and anything containing silica require M class. Asbestos, lead and mould require H class. Choosing L class for those materials will not meet your obligations.
Searching for an L class vacuum? This is the right page. Unlike a workshop vacuum, an L class extractor triggers from your tool, cleans its own filter and holds suction as the bag fills.
Antistatic hose, automatic tool start, and a container that handles wet and dry pickup.
