Diamond Saw Blade 210mm x 2.2mm x 30mm 6 Tooth
Functions
A 210mm Festool Diamond saw blade for cutting fibre cement sheet and compressed concrete sheet up to 15mm thick — the work that destroys ordinary carbide tooth blades. With a 30mm bore, 2.2mm kerf and a 6-tooth flat-top tooth geometry, this is the green-coded Builders blade in the 210mm range, sized for use on the TS 75 plunge saw. Use this blade for the materials it is engineered for: fibre cement sheet (the everyday material of external cladding and wet-area lining), cement-bonded chipboard, hard abrasive building panels, plasterboard, soft cement panels and dry plaster materials. The Diamond tooth construction holds an edge through abrasive content that flattens carbide teeth in a fraction of the cuts, so cost-per-cut on these materials is much lower than running standard blades and replacing them frequently. Pair the TS 75 with a guide rail and this blade for clean, accurate, dust-controlled cuts on fibre cement sheet — the workflow shopfitters, cladding installers and renovators use to break down sheets cleanly on site without the dust storm a traditional circular saw produces. Unlike standard and fine-tooth Festool blades, Diamond blades cannot be resharpened — they are designed as a long-life consumable for high-wear applications, replaced rather than reground. A genuine Festool blade, ground and balanced to the original specification of the saw it fits. For full saw and material compatibility, the Which Saw Blade? guide is available in the Saw Advice Hub, accessible from the Saws section on festool.com.au.
