A blue-coded Festool Aluminium saw blade sized 230mm × 2.5mm × 30mm bore with 76 teeth — the dimension that fits the HK 85 portable circular saw, the larger-format Festool circular saw used for deeper cuts in structural and panel work. The laser-cut, thermally adjusted blade core minimises heat build-up through the cut. Use this blade for cutting aluminium composite panels, aluminium extrusions and profiles, hard PVC, acrylic glass, phenolic-resin-bonded fibres and fabrics, and the non-ferrous and engineered-plastic materials where the HK 85's reach is needed. The Triple Chip Grind tooth geometry and 76-tooth count deliver the clean, splinter-free cut these materials demand on the finished face. Like all standard Festool blades, this blade can be resharpened up to six times, extending blade life and reducing cost-per-cut. The steel body and fine-grain carbide teeth hold their precision tolerances cut after cut. A genuine Festool blade, ground and balanced to the original specification of the HK 85.
